Order Processing

Orders are prepared for shipment after payment is successfully confirmed. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information when available.

Estimated delivery times are shown at checkout. Business days exclude weekends and public holidays. Delivery estimates may be affected by customs processing, carrier delays, severe weather, peak shopping periods, or other circumstances outside our control.

Order Tracking

When tracking information is available, it will be sent to the email address provided during checkout. Tracking updates may take 24–72 hours to appear after shipment.

Address Changes

Please contact us as soon as possible if your shipping address is incorrect. We cannot guarantee that an address can be changed after an order has entered processing or has been shipped. Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address.

Delayed or Missing Packages

If your package has not arrived by the end of the estimated delivery period, please check the tracking information and contact us. We will assist you in contacting the carrier and reviewing the shipment status.

Customs and Import Charges

Orders are shipped from China. Duties and import taxes are not collected at checkout. If customs duties, import taxes, or related charges are assessed by local authorities or the carrier, they are the customer's responsibility unless otherwise required by law.
