We accept returns within 30 days of delivery.

Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, in their original condition, and in original packaging. Proof of purchase is required.

How to Start a Return

Contact us at chzhijie9@gmail.com or through our Contact Us page to initiate a return. Please include your order number and reason for return.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval status. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method. Please allow a few business days for the refund to appear.

Exchanges

If you received a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately with photos and your order number. We will arrange a replacement or refund.
